Commworx provide integrated Infrastructure Utility Engineering services,throughout the entire project life-cycle from feasibility and design, through construction into service. Executive Team

Niall Conlon - CEO

Niall has over 30 years experience in management and has significant experience across multiple industries. Niall ran multiple regions of a large multinational organisations, consisting of over 3,000 staff. Niall is a qualified accountant.

Cheyne Lennon - Director

Cheyne co-found Commworx in 2013. It’s Cheyne’s background in Operational management, sales and account management that has enabled him to find opportunities then engineer how they can be delivered successfully. The growth that Cheyne has enabled in Commworx saw the company awarded as part of BRW’s Fast Starters in 2016. He has diversified the business today to deliver in multiple Sectors from Communications, Power, Road and Rail.

Arno Roos - Operations Manager

Arno has 10 years of industry experience, and has advanced business and technical acumen, from working on both Client and Contractor sides for large organisations, ensuring a firm understanding of effective systems and processes, including resolving issues and implementing appropriate improvements, while enhanced liaison and negotiation skills allow him to collaborate successfully with stakeholders from many professional, technical and cultural backgrounds.

Andy Colalillo - CFO

Andy is a CPA with 10 years experience across the Oil & Gas and infrastructure industries in both financial and commercial roles and has worked on a number of major infrastructure projects and maintenance contracts across Australia.

David O'Riordan - Commercial Manager

David has 14 years of commercial experience across Europe, West and East Coast of Australia and the US. David has a masters degree in business and a bachelors in Computer Science.

Water Conservation

Commworx promotes the conservation of natural resources. Workplace water consumption is minimised by:

  • Minimum 4-star Water Efficiency Labelling and Standard (WELS) ratings
  • Non-potable water used for all industrial applications
  • Faucet aerators and automatic operation on all facility water outlets
  • Benchtop water filters for drinking water

Waste Management

Effective controls of waste in respect of ground, air and water pollution are adopted through company procedures and the recycling of all recyclable material within corporate and site operations. In the case of hazardous materials, Commworx have emergency response plans place to minimise environmental impact in thecase of an unintended environmental release
