Commworx provided project Management, Project Engineer and Supervision along with labour and plant to complete the following scopes:
- Construction of site access, laydowns and Site Compound.
- 1,000m3 of topsoil strip to stockpile.
- Demo and disposal of existing stormwater pipes, drains and footings.
- 21,000m3 of cut to fill under level 1 supervision
- 22,000m3 if general fill import. Includes place and compact under level 1 supervision
- Import and place 13,000m3 of road base for substation and BESS Yard
- Import 2,100m3 of roadbase for internal and external roads
- 1,800m2 of 2 coat spray seal
- 400m of kerb
- 2,100m of stormwater drainage ranging from 150mm PVC through to twin 750mm Diameter Stormpro.
- Install of 61 stormwater pits and 8 headwalls
- 4,500m3 of 20mm aggregate for the Substation and BESS capping layer.
- Implementation and management of onsite sed basins and erosion and sed control. Included treatment and testing of basin prior to removal of water from site.
